Greetings! It is the 28th day of the 31 Days of Halloween. Today, I have a card that was inspired by a Jennifer McGuire video (called Back Stamping) that I recently watched.
After you check out the video, you'll understand what I did, which is actually pretty simple. But it's a fun technique! The bat stamps are from Tim Holtz and Sizzix. I used Purple Petunia VersaMagic and Elderberry Memento inks from Imagine. My sentiment is called Prowl, and it's from Stampendous. I stamped that with Elderberry too. I also used the "V" Fitted Frames to die cut the sentiment.
I thought it needed a little bit of sparkle, so I spritzed Sheer Shimmer Sparkle all over the sentiment and background. I also added a ribbon from Creative Impressions. This was a pretty quick card to make, and I really liked trying out a new technique.
Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a fangtastic day!
