Eye See You: Day 26 of 31 Days

We are SO close to the end of the Smeared & Smudged 31 Days of Halloween. I have so many more projects that I want to make, and very few days left to make/showcase them. Well, with all of the chaos of the month, I didn't post my latest card for the Dilly Beans challenge. Thankfully, my project has been doe for a while, so it is on the Dilly Beans Blog. The newest challenge is to make a round card or use lots of circles. I went with the latter.

I always use this fantastic eyeball for the 31 Days. It's too cool to leave out. It's from Inkadinkado, and it's one of my favorite stamps. I paired it up with one of Megan's fantastic Big Eye Girls, and I colored her with my Spectrum Noir markers.

I love coloring these Big Eye Girls. Playing with colors and shadows is so fun with them.

I used a sentiment also from Inkadinkado, and irRESISTables spray from Imagine Crafts. It's glossy and has a great texture to it. Love that stuff! I hope you'll play along with Dilly Beans for this challenge. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my sidebar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a spooktacular day!

February Smeared & Smudged Sketch Challenge

The new Smeared & Smudged challenges are up and ready for you to participate in! I got instantly inspired by Kelli’s card sketch for the month, as I have been working with different ideas for my next “Tarot Card.” Haha! That’s actually pretty funny! If you’ve been checking in over the past couple of weeks, you may have seen my Misty Benson Tarot Set 1 ( Smeared Ink ) cards. I’ve used The World and The Fool so far. Today, I bring you Death. Don’t worry…it’s actually a joyful image…one that I intend to use a lot! First, here’s the sketch. I flipped it and changed the ribbon and embellishment a bit. Can I just start off by saying that it is quite nerve wracking to slice your image??? I have done it a few times in the past, but I always get butterflies when I attempt it again. I colored the image and the card itself using nothing but Distress Inks and my Cut-n-Dry Nibs. My skull button at the top has been colored with Alcohol Inks.   The colors look a little off ...

Greetings! This is going to be such an exciting week for Dreamweaver Stencil s fans and Stampendous Stamps fans alike. It's going to be a "Dream-Pendous" week of inspiration! The Dreamweaver and Stampendous teams are collaborating once again with all the fun toys in each team's arsenals. Of course, as usual, there will be prizes given out for those who comment throughout the week. In fact, there will be 3 prize packs available! Each will have a great selection of Dreamweaver Stencils and Stampedous dies and images. One being the new "Blossom Beauty" face image as shown in the badge in my sidebar. Can you tel that I had soooooo much fun with her?!? It was a blast to rework her beautiful face and turn half of her into a sugar skull. The flowers are really what inspired me to do it. They are so big and be...
