Blossom Breeze

Hello! I have been really enjoying playing along with the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenges (they have such an INCREDIBLE Design Team!), and this week was no different. The challenge is "All Creatures Great and Small." So I decided to use a House Mouse stamp. Because of that, I am also entering it into this week's House Mouse & Friends Challenge. I'll be using it for the "Anything Goes" side of their challenge.

This is Blossom Breeze, and I colored it with my Zig Clean Color Markers on Canson Mixed Media Paper.

It's been pretty bluster on Long Island this past week, so I thought this was a great stamp to use.

Because there is a lot happening within the image, I kept the rest of my card simple. I used some shades of blue and a little green cardstock from My Colors, and added a stripe of Tear It! Tape from Imagine down the side and coated it with Burgundy Glitter. That's it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day.

Blustery for sure, they are really hanging on tight. Wonderful colors and coloring, and I too like the simple design of the card so this darling image is the center of attention! Thanks for sharing it with us at the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge and joining in the fun. Nicely done.

Hello! Have you heard? The Imagine AIRs have been hopping with Stencil Girl! If you have been here before, you know I loooove me some stencils, so this collaboration was very exciting for me! I promise you, this is the BEST gold ink you will ever use! The Journal stamp only has 2 diamonds on it (it's a 4x4" stencil), so after I inked up the first pair, I moved over the stencil, lined it up, and inked again. Next I wanted to do something textural with the Urban Insiders Star . So I took some evergreen cardstock, taped down the star, and slathered on some yummy Iridescent Green Creative Medium . Remembering Aletha

Greetings, Friends. This post today is part of a very special blog hop. We are celebrating the life of an amazingly talented artist and friend. The crafting community lost Aletha Jane Williams on May 5, 2019. Those of us that worked with her on Design Teams or on Challenge Blogs all agree that she was one of the sweetest and most talented women we knew. We are not here to mourn her loss though.
