Star Wars with Wicked Wednesday

Greetings! I am really excited about the Wicked Wednesday theme for this week. It's Star Wars!!!! And Sassy Studios Designs was kind enough to provide us with some fun digis to play with. I am a huge Star Wars fan so I was super stoked for this week.

I used Space Droid Honey for my ATC. I colored the droid with a few Tombow Dual Brush watercolor markers. I fussy cut it out and then started to play with my background.

The base of the ATC started off as just white cardstock. I used 4 Dylusions sprays, 1 Deco Art Mister, 1 Imagine Crafts irRESISTables, and some Chunky White embossing powder from Stampendous. I know, I know...that's a lot of stuff for a 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of cardstock. But I think the combination made it look like the sky. I do not like the "R2 D2" looks right, and I'll be changing it. February Smeared & Smudged Sketch Challenge

The new Smeared & Smudged challenges are up and ready for you to participate in! I got instantly inspired by Kelli’s card sketch for the month, as I have been working with different ideas for my next “Tarot Card.” Haha! That’s actually pretty funny! Christmas in July with Imagine Crafts & Stencil Girl!

Hello! Have you heard? The Imagine AIRs have been hopping with Stencil Girl! If you have been here before, you know I loooove me some stencils, so this collaboration was very exciting for me! I decided to to create an extra large gift tag with my new stencils. Using red cardstock, I taped down the Journal Texture #8 Stencil and inked it up with Golden Glitz Delicata ink . I promise you, this is the BEST gold ink you will ever use! The Journal stamp only has 2 diamonds on it (it's a 4x4" stencil), so after I inked up the first pair, I moved over the stencil, lined it up, and inked again.
