Make your Own Sunshine with WW

Hello! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge . For this theme, we are sponsored by the fantastic Vera Lane . I love these images because they are fun and quirky. The challenge is "Make your Own Sunshine." I used images from the Aloha set . The set comes with 5 images, but I only used 2 today. I colored the images on Canson Mixed Media Paper and colored them with Zig Clean Color Markers. I recently splurged a bit on myself and bought the 12 new Distress Oxide Inks from Tim Holtz, and my background was created with those. I didn't think the images needed more embellishing, so I kept the ATC simple. I'm hoping to get another couple done for this challenge, so please check back. Meanwhile, give the Wicked Wednesday Blog a visit to see what the rest of the team has created. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Girly Girl with Wicked Wednesday

Greetings! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge . For the next 2 weeks, the theme is Girly Girl, and we are sponsored by Ppinky Dolls . I used Pigasus (yes, that's how it's spelled) for my ATC. These friends are so sweet. I colored the image with Zig Clean Color Markers. My background was spritzed with some Rose Bud Fireworks! Spray from Imagine . In real life, the background has a lovely shimmer. I added a couple of sequins with some On Point Glue from Imagine for a little dimension and added sparkle. That's it for me today. Please be sure to visit the Wicked Wednesday Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Winter Hats or Accessories with WW

Greetings! It's time for a new challenge over at Wicked Wednesday . This week, the challenge is "Winter Hats or Accessories," and we are sponsored by Miss Rach . I used the sweet Winter Cardinal for my ATC. Cardinals hold a special place in my heart as they were my dad's favorite. I colored him with my Zig Clean Color Markers. I added some fun paper and a wee bit of glitter on the bottom. I love this cardinal, and Miss Rach has lots of other wonderful digis, and I hope you check out her shop. Science Geeks with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! When I was a kid, I wanted to be a scientist. I didn't grow up to become one, but I am definitely still a science geek. That's our theme for this week's Wicked Wednesday ! We are sponsored by Polkadoodles . Here's my ATC. I used the Science Teacher image but I cropped it. The digi is actually is entire body, but I wanted it to be a closer look. I colored the image with my Zig Clean Color Markers and I used a Molotow white pen for the highlights of his glasses. I found a fun scrap of paper that had a tech kind of feel to it, so I used it on the bottom. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team to see what science experiments they have concocted for you this week. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Winter with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge. This week, we are sponsored by All Dressed Up , and the theme is "Winter." I used Christmas Deer for this ATC, and I colored her with Zig Clean Color Markers. I imagined this sweet deer enjoying the twinkle of the crisp Winter sky. So I found some starry paper, and added holographic Class A Peel stickers from Stampendous. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team over on the blog. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Mummy Bat: Day 26 of 31

Hello! It's not only the 26th day of the 31 Days of Halloween, but it's also Wednesday, so that means I have a new Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge to share with you. This week, we are sponsored by Oddball Art and the theme is Witches, Bats, and Black Cats. Easy as pie, right? Here's my ATC. Look at this silly bat! I'm trying to decide if he was on the receiving end of a prank, or if this is his poor attempt at making a costume. Ether way, I like him! He's colored with my Zig Clean Color Markers, and then I fussy cut it. My background was created with the fabulous Dreams are Made stamp set from Hero Arts and some ink from Imagine (the best is the Gold Shimmer Delicata ink!). Don't forget to visit the rest if the Wicked Wednesday team over on the Blog . And of course, there are the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a fangtastic day!

Hello! It's Day 19 of the 31 Days of Halloween. It's also Wednesday, so that means it's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge . This week, we are sponsored by Nikki Burnette and the theme is Halloween Colors. I worked with Nikki's Esme and I colored her with my Zig Clean Color Markers. The color is a little off in the above photo. My apologies. It's much more accurate in the photo below.  I played with a couple of fun papers for my background, plus a few Gold irRESISTable Spray spritzes on the the purple cardstock. Please visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday gals over on the Blog . And be sure to check out all of the Wicked Bloggers listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have an bewitching day!

Greetings, and welcome to Day 12 of the 31 Days of Halloween! Since it's Wednesday, there is a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge. This week, we are sponsored by A Day for Daises , and the theme is "Cute or Creepy Halloween." I decided to work with Bat Girl . I love how she has bats in her hair that are really subtle. I colored the image with my Zig Clean Color Markers and a water brush. I also used some Shimmery Silver Delicata Ink  from Imagine.   It adds just the right amount of glam to this already beautiful image.  I also added some cool silver mesh and a few black cabochons. Nothing crazy, because I wanted the image to be the only real focus. Please play along with the Wicked Wednesday team this week. Visit the WW Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with. And don't forget to stop by all of the Wicked Bloggers...they are listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a creeptastic day!

Day 5 of 31 Days: Wicked Wednesday

Hello again! It's time for Day 5 of the 31 Days of Halloween. Today begins a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge. This week, we are sponsored by Creepy Cute images, and the theme is Anything Goes. This image is called The Awakening . I cropped it down a bit. I colored her with my Zig Clean Color markers and a lot of water. I created the background with Bahama Blue Fireworks! spray from Imagine , so it's nice and shimmery. I added some Tuxedo Black Memento ink around the edges, and wrote out the "Boo" with Tuxedo Black irRESISTable Pico embellisher, both from Imagine. Her eyes have Wedding Dress irRESISTables on them for a bit of sheen and dimension. I really wanted her to look like a specter. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday gals over on the blog , and don't forget to check out all of the Wicked Bloggers, listed in my sidebar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a fang-tastic day!

Add a Die Cute with WW

Greetings! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge. This week, we are sponsored by Lemon Shortbread and the challenge is to "Add a Die Cut." I used Mushroom Fary Pixie for my ATC and I colored her with my Zig Clean Color Markers. Then I had an oops. I was spraying another project with Dylusions sprays, and my overspray went on my image! So, I had to make do, so I added more color using the leftover that was on my craft sheet. I just flipped the ATC over and pressed it into the wet spray. Not what I originally wanted, but it worked out ok. Then I added a few gems and a teeny die cut tag. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team over on the Blog . Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Getting Ready for Halloween with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! We are Getting Ready for Halloween over at Wicked Wednesday . That's our theme this week, and we are sponsored by MMedel Illustrations . I used 2 of their images, and they're both adorable! I colored the images with my Tombow Dual Brush Markers. I fussy cut them out and added them to a spiderweb background. I added some super fun, chunky and uber sparkly Frantage from Stampendous in the corners. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team over on the blog. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Please play along this week by linking up your ATC to the Wicked Wednesday Blog . Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Unique Pets with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge. This week, the theme is "Unique Pets," and we are sponsored by Ppinky Dolls . How would you like to have a unicorn as a pet? Personally, I'd rather have it as a friend, instead of a pet...but I sure would love to know one!I used my Tombow Dual Brush markers to color this image in. I used some ombre washi tape in the background. I love the theme for this week, and I hope you do too. Please be sure to visit the res of the WW gals over on the blog , to see what they've created. Summer Camp with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! It's time for a new challenge with Wicked Wednesday . This week, we are sponsored by Lacy Sunshine , and the theme is "Summer Camp." I used Roasted Marshmallows for my ATC. I colored her with my Tombow Dual Brush markers. I used some scraps that I had on my craft desk for her background. The bottom portion was inked by me for a different project, and the upper part was printed. I inked the edges to tie all the colors together. The 2 sentiments are both from Sweet Stamp Shop . Now I'm in the mood to go roast some marshmallows! Time to light the fire pit! Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team over on the blog. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Anthropomorpism with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! It's Wednesday, so it's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge. This week, the challenge is "Anthropomorpism." We are sponsored by Miezo Digi Stamps . I used the Tree in Summer digi. He's colored with Tombow Dual Brush Markers. I gave him a loose fussy cut, because it would have been uber tough for me to do all of those little leaves. For my background, I used a really old wood grain stamp (I love this one!) with the Cappuccino Kaleidacolor ink pad by Imagine. This pad makes it so simple to get lots of colors on to one stamp in one easy step. Then, I sprinkled on some Shabby Green embossing powder from Stampendous around the edges and heated it from underneath. Please be sure to visit the Wicked Wednesday team over on the blog for more! Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Things you Might Find at the Beach with WW

Hello! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge. This week, our theme is "Things You Might Find at the Beach," and our sponsor is PolkaDoodles . This is Seashore Shannon . I colored her with my Tombow Dual Brush markers and then I cut her out. For the background, I chose a pale peach cardstock and I added a little bit of each of the vials from Stampendous' Beach Embossing Powder Kit . By layering the colors, you can create the look of an actual beach! You have to be really careful not to sprinkle too much, and to not knock the powders around once they've been poured. Then, you heat from underneath. What would you like to find by the sea? Do you get to visit the beach often? I don't go very often, but when I do, I love to look for shells, sea glass, and anything else I can find. I plan on taking my son's metal detector soon (with my kids, of course!). Please join us at Wicked Wednesday this week. And don't forget to check out what th...

Color Palette with Wicked Wednesday

Greetings! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday challenge. This week, we have a Color Palette Challenge for you. Check out the colors below. Super summery! Wicked Wednesday is sponsored by Concetta Kilmer . I used the image called " Rose " for my ATC. I colored her with my Tombow watercolor markers. I have this fantastic fibrous paper that's double sided. It just so happened to work perfectly with this color palette. So I tore it, roguhed up the edges so that all of the colors would show, and tacked it on to my ATC base with Zip Dry Glue from Beacon Adhesives. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday team over on the blog. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
