Perfect Couple

It’s Friday! So it’s my day to post a project for Smeared Ink. I used an image and sentiment from one of the newest collections, Smitten. I love this collection because it’s got fantastic vintage images that have just the right amount of snarkiness. And the sentiments are very versatile.

I used Crabby Love for my focal image. Colored up with my pencils. I was inspired by this week’s Mojo Monday sketch, so that’s what I used for my layout.

Check out the rain drops by her feet. Perfect little splashes! On the inside, I’d like to putt something witty…like, “Because you’re both crabby!” What do you think?

I used Glimmer Mists on the sentiment. Then I tore up and inked the edges. Are you worried about me losing my goth side??? Don’t be! I’ll be doing my regular freaky stuff again!

The new Smeared & Smudged challenges are up and ready for you to participate in!
