Hello! This week, the Stampendous Team is having a "Birthday Bash" theme. I thought it would be fun to kick it off with a tag that can be used to put on a gift. This is a very quick project, but it has a lot of impact. My instructions are below. Supplies: Stampendous : POPST03AFR: Happy Birthday Stamp Set Other : Imagine: VersaFine Ink in Onyx Black Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens: 020, 026, 031, 032, 041, 043, 050, 051, 052, 070 Staples: White Tag Purple Ribbon Stamp Positioner Directions: 1. Using a stamp positioner, stamp the "Happy" 4 times on the tag with VersaFine ink. The stamp positioner helps to have correct spacing between the words. 2. Stamp the "Birthday" at the bottom center of the tag. 3. Color the letters using the marker colors listed above; 2 colors per letter. 4. Attach a ribbon through the hole in the tag. This was a very quick tag to create, using only 3 colors of Distress Oxide inks for color. But the effect created is sweet and serene...just perfect for this stamp. Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!! It's the greatest day of the year! I can't believe we have made it to the end. Thank you so much to everyone that has left me such wonderful comments. I have been more of a lurker this year, but I am going to try to go back and leave you guys some love now that the month is over. For my last 31 Days of Halloween project for the year, I have one last tag. I broke out an older stencil called the Leafless Tree from Stampendous (originally from Dreamweaver Stencils). This is a HUGE stencil, but I used just a tiny piece on this tag. I sprayed it with a few colors like purple, black, and deep blue, and then flipped it over on to my tag. I pulled out some Inkadinkado stamps from years ago and applied them with Onyx Black VersaFine ink, and then I heat embossed them with Detail Black Embossing Powder . Hello! It is Day 28 of the 31 Days of Halloween. Today I have a tag for you that features and image from Stampendous' Halloween Labels Stamps and Die Set . I started off with a simple manila tag from the office supply store. I sprayed it with Cut Grass Dylusions spray as well as metallic orange Memories Mist. While that was drying, I stamped out my image with VersaFine Ink in Onyx Black on to Canson's Mixed Media paper and colored it in with Zig Clean Color Markers. Then I die cut it. I love that the dies actually come with the stamps. I then rubbed VersaMark ink around the edges of the tag and sprinkled on Aged Black embossing powder. I heated it from underneath because I kept the powder thick, and not all of it would adhere to the VersaMark. I also added some teeny bats from the Spooky Wishes set. Greetings, my Ghouls! Today is the 22nd day of the 31 Days of Halloween. I've got a tag to share, using Stampendous' Halloween Labels Cling and Die Set . I used a manila tag and inked it with some Black Shimmer and Champagne Delicata Inks . The skeleton tag was colored with Zig Clean Color Markers. The sentiment is from the same Halloween Labels set. I really wanted some texture on the tag, so I used some Hot Lime Fragments , adhered with On Point Glue from Imagine . I also added some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Crushed Grape. Boooooo!!! It's Day 17 of the 31 Days of Halloween. Today I've got a tag to share that uses a Laurel Burch cat stamp from Stampendous . If you follow me on Instagram, you may recognize this kitty from the latest 30 Day Coloring Challenge I participated in. I colored the "Indigo Cat" with my Zig Clean Color Markers and I added a witch hat from the Skeleton Style Perfectly Clear Set . The background of my tag was done with Distress Oxide Inks in Black Soot, Seedless Preserves, and Spiced Marmalade. I spritzed the tag with water and a little Sheer Shimmer Spritz in Gold. I also added a sentiment and a few bats from the Spooky Wishes set. I topped the tag off with some purple chiffon ribbon from Creative Impressions. I really like making quick tags like this. Greetings! It's Day 15 of the 31 Days of Halloween. Can you believe we are at the halfway point? This month is seriously flying by. Bt, I guess it usually feels that way right? Today, I've got another tag to share, similar to the one I shared last weekend. In fact, I used the same ink and stamp set for it. I used the tall pumpkin and steampunk hat from Stampendous ' Halloween Hats Cling Stamp and die set.   The pieces were colored with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I used the accompanying dies to cut the images out and then started on my tag background. For that, I used Creole Spice Kaleidacolor Inks from Imagine, rolled on with a Brayer. I also added some Class A Peel stickers for a bit of shine. I added a quick sentiment, some ribbon from Creative Impressions, a bit of green glitter, and this tag was done. Hello! Have you heard? The Imagine AIRs have been hopping with Stencil Girl! If you have been here before, you know I loooove me some stencils, so this collaboration was very exciting for me! I decided to to create an extra large gift tag with my new stencils. Using red cardstock, I taped down the Journal Texture #8 Stencil  and inked it up with Golden Glitz Delicata ink . I promise you, this is the BEST gold ink you will ever use! The Journal stamp only has 2 diamonds on it (it's a 4x4" stencil), so after I inked up the first pair, I moved over the stencil, lined it up, and inked again. Somewhere.....beyond the sea.....Oh. Wait. This is the Beneath the Sea blog hop. Well, I think you get where I'm going with my "singing."Be grateful I am not actually singing to you. This week, the Stampendous team is showing off projects that we've made with Graphic 45 's fantastic Voyage Beneath the Sea collection. It's a fantastic blend of the sea and steampunk. I love it! My project today is a tag. I used the Steampunk Splash paper,  Sea Horse stencil, along with the Boss Gloss dauber top embossing ink, and Aged Teal (from the Teal Encrusted Jewels Teal kit) embossing powder on watercolor paper. I thought it looked fantastic with the colors of the Graphic 45 paper I used. When this mixture melts, you see not only teal, but silver and gold as well.
