Twilight Tuesday Farewell Sketch Challenge and Blog Candy!

Hello! I have to say, I’m pretty sad about this post. This is the last Twilight Tuesday Sketch Challenge I get to share with you. As I mentioned before, I am really pretty miserable about the fact that my beloved TTIC is coming to an end. But, I want as many of you as possible to show TTIC a little bit of farewell love and participate in this great Sketch that my wonderful friend Dani made:

You know the drill… make something fab with this sketch and post your link at the TTIC board. Plus, you can win some awesome blog candy from Artful INKables!!! Don’t pass this up! But first, take a peek at what I made!

This adorable digi I have is from Beth’s Stamp Insanity line. I thought it would be very appropriate to use one of my fab Twi-Girls images! Ain’t she sweet? I love her! The sentiment was a gift from Tonya and is from Verve.

I made a gloppy mess of the Lilac Stickles. I didn’t burp the bottle well enough at first, so I just decided to make a mess with it. But I think it worked out really well!!!

And here’s a closeup of Maddie. I colored her in with my EK Success Watercolor markers.

So there it is. I don’t really know what else to say… I’m just feeling real sad that this has to end. But, tomorrow we will have a very special Blog Hop, so please visit all of us tomorrow for that. So until then… have an inspiring day!

Echo Park Blog Hop with Imagine

Greetings! This is my second post for the day. This one is not part of the 31 Days of Halloween, but rather a super-duper blog hop that the Artists in Residence for Imagine are doing with Echo Park . So if you're here for my Day 7 project, please check out the post HERE . But before you do that, scroll on to check out this one. There are prizes up for grabs, so be sure to check out the Imagine Blog as well as the Echo Park Blogs for details. I created my background by applying Dandelion and Tangelo Memento Ink to my brayer. Then I sprayed it with Ink Potion No. 9 to help the colors blend and to act as an extender to keep the inks wet longer. After I rolled the colors out on to watercolor paper and let it dry, I stamped the lovely doily-like image from Echo Park's Simply Sweet Stamp Set with Grape Jelly Memento. I also received the super pretty Heart Doily Designer Die  which I used with a true purple cardstock. But it needed something....and in rolls the super fabul...
