On Point Glue Feature

Greetings! I am featuring a new product that I am absolutely in love with. It's called On Point Glue from Imagine, and I have a feeling that you're going to love it too. Check out the video in the link to learn all about it. The tip on the adhesive alone is a reason to work with this product. It's SO tiny and perfect for the skinniest die cuts, among plenty of other things.  I used a creepy-cool stamp from Stampotique called Minky Girl and just stamped her with Onyx Black VersaFine. I got inspired by her polka-dot skirt and the heart on her shirt. I found a red sequin heart that fit over it perfectly and attached it easily with my On Point Glue. Then I added some more sequin hearts. I wanted to show that On Point Glue can be used for different things, so I decided to write "hello" in pencil, then rewrote it with the glue. Next, to add some "spah-kle," I shook on some Red micro glitter from Stampendous . Also, since I wanted her polka-do...

Day 5 of the 12 Days of Creepmas: Smile and Joy

Hello and welcome to Day 5 of the Smeared & Smudged 12 Days of Creepmas! Today I have another tag to share with you. I recently received a few Stampotique stamps (you saw me use Noelle this month already), and " Smile " is one of them. I love him! And so do my kids. He's just so cute! So I needed to use him this month. I colored him with watercolors, and cut him out really roughly...sort of child-like. I let him borrow the Santa hat from my Bombshell Stamps Holiday Accessory set. That I colored with markers. The "Joy" is from Inkadinkado, and my Christmas Balls are from the Great American Stamp Company. I watercolored the balls too. I also used some Stickles for a bit o' glitter. I could probably fill up all 12 Days using "Smile," but I will try to pull out something new for Day 6. ;) I will of course be entering my tag into the Stampotique Designers Challenge 128: Anything Goes . Please be sure to visit the rest of the Jolly Bl...

12 Days of Creepmas: Day 1 and DICC

Happy December 1st! I can hardly believe it is the last month of the year. Today officially marks Day 1 of the Smeared & Smudged 12 Days of Creepmas. Hopefully, you already know what that is.But if for some crazy reason you don't, please visit Terra's Blog to get the full run down. Also, since it's the 1st of the month, I have a new Desert Islands Crafters Challenge to share with you. This time, we are sponsored by Saturated Canary. I'm warning you, Creepmas fans...this was is gonna be cah-yute!!! ;) But first, my Creepmas card. I used Noelle from Stampotique for this card. And look! I made a single layer card! And it's (fairly) clean and simple! 2 things I don't usually do. I did a rough coloring job on Noelle, to go with the style she was drawn in. Plus, since there is so little negative space, I thought that coloring outside the lines would be good so that more color would show. I did my border with a stencil and Distress Inks. My sentiment...

Day 12 of 31: Stampotique- Handles, Hinges, Buckles, Fasteners, Pulls

Hello and welcome back! Today I have a card that I created with a Stampotique image that just so happens to fit in with their latest challenge "Handles, Hinges, Buckles, Fasteners, Pulls. " I used Prom Queen for this. She's awesome. I love the style of these stamps so much. They are so scratchy and amazing. I need to add to my (small) collection someday. She was colored up with my alcohol markers. I actually broke out some Copics for this one. I love her hair. I didn't do anything fancy or fabulous. But the way it's drawn is just rad.  I added a bunch of buttons...not for the challenge...just because I thought they looked cute. Ugh. I said the "C" word. But they do...right? And then it just so happens that it fit the challenge, so....there ya go. By the way, the punch is from Martha Stewart. That chic always has the best punches. I won't keep you any longer. Please be sure to visit the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my sidebar. Thanks fo...

Day 12 of 12 Days of Creepmas

***So sorry! I thought I had set the auto post on this! My humble apologies! Greetings! 'Tis the last day of the Smeared & Smudged 12 Days of Creepmas. Once again, this month has totally flown by for me. Guess that's how it will always be from now on! For my card today, I have a Stampotique image, dressed up with a Bombshell Stamps Santa hat, a Background stamp by Smeared Ink, and a sentiment from Inkadinkado. I just love his huge bow tie! I colored him with watercolor markers, and Spectrum Noir and Copic markers. I really lik coloring these creepy Stampotique images. I am so happy I finally have some in my collection. I hope you have enjoyed the 12 Days of Creepmas! I hope you have/had a wonderful Holiday! Please be sure to visit the rest of the Jolly Bloggers one llast time. They are all listed in my side bar. Day 2 of 12 Days of Creepmas, and Muse Monday, December Edition

Hello! I have 2 holiday projects today. One is for Bombshell Stamps ' Muse Monday, and the other is for the Smeared & Smudged 12 Days of Creepmas. First, I am going to tell you about the December Muse Monday. What's Muse Monday, you ask? Well, each month I pick a stamp set that I want the Design Team to work with. Each Monday of the month, different Design Team members show off that set in their own unique style. Our goal is to give you some fresh ideas, and to inspire you to use these sets as well! This month, I went with  Pin-Stripes . I adore this set. I use it pretty frequently. It's a glitter-iffic ornament! The ornament started as a clear, plastic cube. I coated the inside with floor wax, and then a coat of clear glitter. Next I inked up my stamps using a glue pad, and stamped the left image. Added the glitter. Stamped the right image. More with the glitter. Then I did the center, and I bet you can figure out what I did next....more glitter! I added a p...
