Welcome to our first ever collaboration week with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko! If you are new to my blog, hello! My name is Alison. We've shared all of our toys on both sides, so be prepared for Endless Possibilities! Three prize packages are available, each containing one set of each of these inks and stencils/dies. Just leave comments on each post of each day this week (June 9th - June 13th) for a chance to win! Winners will be announced on Tuesday, June 17th!
Here's my first creation for the week.
I have a bit of an obsession with flamingos, and now that I have the super rad Radiant Neon (I love neon as well!) ink colors from Imagine Crafts, I new I had to start the week using those inks, along with Dreamweaver Stencils' Flamingo stencil.
I used every color in the Neon collection to make my focal piece. I applied the colors with finger daubers, and used my Picasso Tool to block off the areas I didn't want colored at the time. I used clear embossing powder on the parts from the stencil and then I created my background. This was all done with the finger daubers as well. The inks didn't stick to where I embossed, so I didn't have to worry about masking the image again.
I used the Electric Purple ink to stencil my sentiment, which is from the Birthday Words stencil. I clear embossed on top of that too. Then, it was just a matter of playing with paper. I hope you've liked my creation. Below is the full link list for today. Please be sure to visit everyone! Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Wow, the flamingo is awesome. Great job on using all the colors, and thanks for the tip on embossing first so you don't have to mask...time saver.
