Back to Skool with Simply Betty Stamps!

It’s not quite back to school time her in New York, but I have some awesome new school images from Simply Betty Stamps to share with you today! I am previewing 2 of the 3 images we SBS gals are sharing (you’ll see the 3rd one from me on Friday!)…Lola and London. Let’s start with Sporty Lola!

How cool is she? Love her hair, her outfit, and her b-ball skills!

She has been colored with my markers, and I am lovin’ how much fun she was to work with! By the way…I will have a tutorial on coloring this week here and at the Simply Betty Stamps blog. Please be sure to visit on Thursday. Actually, this will be a pretty busy week for me here, so please check back every day! My little skull stamp is from Bombshell Stamps, by the way.

This card is way girly-er than I usually do, but I like it. Now on to Artist London!

This is one of the coolest images from Simply Betty ever! Why? Because her canvas is BLANK! Yup! YOU get to decide what London is painting!!! How exciting is that?! I chose to give her a beautiful moon, stars, and bats painting…image from Inkadinkado. The splatter background stamp and the Artist at Play sentiment are both from Smeared Ink.

I used more markers for this card. I really love this image. I can’t wait to use it again and again and again! So are you stoked to see more? Oh! Why did I have to put my order in last night? Both are great cards, but I absolutely LOVE the London card!! And I really like the stamp you chose to put on London's canvas, too.:)

Squee! I'm so excited for your coloring tutorial! Your coloring always inspires me, so I am really looking forward to it. =D As to your cards...fabulous! I LOVE the picture you have on London's canvas. I just think the whole blank canvas thing is so darn neat! Love the Lola card, too. For some reason I've always been a fan of pink and zebra print. Not quite sure why...but I just think it looks fun. Great cards! =D

Awesome cards! I'm on a pink and black kick so I love love love the first card and that zebra ribbon rocks. Beautiful job on London the artist that splatter stamps is perfect.

Christmas in July with Imagine Crafts & Stencil Girl!

Hello! Have you heard? The Imagine AIRs have been hopping with Stencil Girl! If you have been here before, you know I loooove me some stencils, so this collaboration was very exciting for me! The Journal stamp only has 2 diamonds on it (it's a 4x4" stencil), so after I inked up the first pair, I moved over the stencil, lined it up, and inked again. Next I wanted to do something textural with the Urban Insiders Star . So I took some evergreen cardstock, taped down the star, and slathered on some yummy Iridescent Green Creative Medium .
