September Bombshell Muse Monday: Madonna Woodcut

Hello! It's the first Monday of the month, so I have a new Bombshell Stamps Muse Monday to share with you. I chose the Madonna Woodcut set to be featured this month by the team. Have you seen it? Check it out. I decided to work with some of the smaller images in the set. I colored all of the images with my colored pencils. Everything was fussy cut, except for the swirl stamp which was stamped directly on to my gold cardstock. Remember, each week, different members of the Bombshell team will be sharing projects fearing this set. So please check it out! Visit the Bombshell Blog to see them all. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Hump Day Hop, WW, and Kickstart Day 2

Hello and welcome! It's the last Wednesday of the month so it's time for the first Bombshell Stamps Hump Day Hop of 2014! I am deeply in love with my husband, and I totally can feel the animal instincts kicking in with him sometimes. ;) In addition to the Bombshell Patterns set, I also used Madonna Woodcut (th...

Let me start off by mentioning that I hate photographing purple. It never, ever looks right. And If you have visited my blog before, you will know that a.) purple is one of my favorite colors and I love to work with it b.) I always get pissed off when I try to photograph it So of course, it doesn't look...well...purple-y enough for me again. For those of you with Spectrum Noir markers, I used the LV's for this...so you can have an idea as to how this is supposed to look. Ugh.I really cannot deal with the purple issue! Anywho. I used the Madonna Woodcut and one of the skulls from the Sugar Skulls set. And of course both are from Bombshell Stamps. This month, the Spectrum Noir blog, the challenge is to use the color orange. Done! And the color photographed well! So I will be entering this into their challenge. ...
