Day 19 of 31: Wicked Wednesday with Nikki Burnette

Hello! It's Day 19 of the 31 Days of Halloween. It's also Wednesday, so that means it's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge . This week, we are sponsored by Nikki Burnette and the theme is Halloween Colors. I worked with Nikki's Esme and I colored her with my Zig Clean Color Markers. The color is a little off in the above photo. My apologies. It's much more accurate in the photo below.  I played with a couple of fun papers for my background, plus a few Gold irRESISTable Spray spritzes on the the purple cardstock. Please visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday gals over on the Blog . And be sure to check out all of the Wicked Bloggers listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have an bewitching day!

Day 3 of 31: Willow Witch

Hello! Welcome to Day 3 of the 31 Days of Halloween. I've got a nasty cold that just won't quit, so this will be a quickie post for me. I made an ATC today, featuring one of Nikki Burnette 's lovely images. She's called Willow . I colored her with my Zig Clean Color Markers. Again, this is an ATC, so it's only 2 1/2" x 3 1/2," so she's tiny! Those brush markers are great for fine detail. I used a water brush in some spots as well. I used an old sentiment stamp from Cosmo Cricket and some black holographic Class A Peel stickers from Stampendous . That's it for me today. Don't forget to visit the rest of the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my side bar. Thanks for stopping by. Have a creep-tastic day!

4 Legged Creatures with LOC

Hello! It's been a while since I played along with Left of Center , but it was time for me to jump back in with the team. The latest challenge is 4 Legged Creatures, and we are sponsored by Nikki Burnette , who I love. I chose to work with Riley and her adorable cat, and I used the image on an ATC, so the finished piece is only 2 1/2" x 3 1/2." I colored it with my Zig Clean Color Markers, and i chalked the background. Around the edge of the ATC, I inked Brown Shimmer Delicata ink which is just perfect for all things steampunk. I love the entire Delicata line from Imagine . Please be sure to visit the rest of the LOC B Team over on the blog. Thanks to Nikki Burnette for sponsoring us! Thank you for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Inspired by Pinterest with Wicked Wednesday

Hello! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge, and this is a GREAT one! So I am guessing that many of you are fans of Pinterest? Of course you are! So how many of you Pin inspirational photos, to try and make something based off of it later, but you never do? Well, this challenge is totally for you, then! I'm sorta guilty...but I try to make things from my boards from time to time. The theme is "Inspired by Pinterest." And, we are sponsored by Nikki Burnette ...I love her images. You can find my inspiration Pin HERE . I colored Nikki's Taryn image with Memento Markers from Imagine Crafts , and I cut her out. For my background, I finger painted with 2 Dylusions paints and blended them together to get orange in the middle. I love to finger paint! Next, using Tuxedo Black and Wedding Dress irRESISTables Pico Embellishers, I drew in the clouds and grass. After I glued the image down, I drew the border around it. I was trying to emulate not only ...

Thank you for sponsoring us, Nikki! Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Wednesday gals. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Use a Fold with WW, plus Create and Inspire

Hello again! It's time for a new Wicked Wednesday challenge, as well as a new Create and Inspire challenge. For WW, the challenge is Use a Fold. We are sponsored by DRS Designs, and I used their sandcastle image. I asked my sister to make me a paper crane or two to use as my "folds," and I think they turned out great! She decided to make 4 so that she could practice. I colored the image with my new Tombow watercolor markers. Seriously, how cute is that teeny tiny crane? Create and Inspire's challenge is Anything Goes or Use a Die Cut. We are sponsored by Nikki Burnette. I used the gorgeous Raven Mask Masquerade image for my card, which has also been colored with my Tombow watercolor markers. My background was done with watercolor paints. I used a fun metallic copper rub-on in the corner there. It's nice and shiny. Nikki Burnette's image is a stunner, so I didn't want to add too much to the card. Create and Inspire is having a DT c...
