Greetings! Today I am sharing a project with you that features Alison the Witch from Tiddly Inks . She is my favorite image from Tiddly Inks (though I LOVE so many!). Why? Well, you may have read this story before, but this particular image was actually made for me by Christy Croll, owner and artist of Tiddly Inks. I won a contest several years ago, and I got to give Christy some design cues on what I wanted the image to look like. And this image is just perfect! I use her whenever I can. I colored Alison with my Zig Clean color markers, using some of my favorite colors. She was stamped on to Canson Mixed Media Paper, which is my favorite to use with these markers. I had plans on adding all sorts of layers and embellishments for this card, but as I was making it, my direction totally changed. That's one of the fun things about creating things though, right? A Pillow Book is a diary of sorts. It doesn't just talk about the day's events, but contains lists, observations, conversations, musings, anything the writer feels like writing about really. 21st Century is because this is a modern pillow book, since it's done on a computer. This is me. This is what my life is all about. I will let you into my head a bit... feel what I'm feeling, see what I'm creating, understand what I'm learning. Enjoy my journey right along with me!
