Greetings bloggy friends! Today, I am sharing a card I made for the February Bombshell Stamps Sketch Challenge. I decided to work with Mermaid Anchor, which is a set that I have not used before. But, I know I will use again soon, as it was fun to color! But really, ALL the Bombshell Stamps are fun to color!
I colored the images entirely with alcohol markers. Something that I don't typically do. My alcohol markers are still limited in it's palette, but I happened to have the right colors this time.
I am looking forward to coloring her fin in a wide array of colors. I liked mixing the green with the assorted shades of blue.
You really must visit the Bombshell Blog. I took a peek at what the rest of the Design Team created for this sketch, and wow! What a fantastic assortment of styles and images. This sketch was great to work with, and I hope that you join us. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
A Pillow Book is a diary of sorts. It doesn't just talk about the day's events, but contains lists, observations, converstaions, musings, anything the writer feels like writing about really. 21st Century is because this is a modern pillow book, since it's done on a computer. This is me. This is what my life is all about. I will let you into my head a bit... feel what I'm feeling, see what I'm creating, understand what I'm learning. Enjoy my journey right along with me!
